个人简介

张世超，副教授，贵州医科大学博/硕士生导师，贵州省高层次创新型人才，贵州医科大学优秀青年人才；2008-2017年就读于兰州大学生命科学学院，获学士和博士学位。主持国家自然科学基金3项、省部级科研项目5项；以第一作者或通讯作者在Molecular Cell、Elife、Cell Research等高水平期刊上发表SCI论文16篇。

主要研究方向

主要从事肿瘤表观遗传学及生物信息学研究。综合利用医学大数据挖掘、生物信息学、细胞与分子生物学、模式动物、流行病学调研等技术手段，研究人的基因组和表观组学特征在肿瘤等重大疾病诊疗中的重要价值，探索分子机理和靶向治疗策略，为开展精准医疗服务提供指导。
